Shipping Information

  • Shipping prices will be visible at the checkout after you fill in your address.

Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries within the EU:

  • Orders that come in before 16:00 pm (GMT time) on Monday through Friday will be handed over to the carrier that same day. Orders placed after 16:00pm will be handed over to the carrier on the next working day.
  • All shipments will be sent via PostNL and will be insured for an amount up to 500 Euros.
  • You will receive a track and trace code via email once your order has been shipped. Using this code, you can track your order through this link:  https://www.postnl.nl/ontvangen/post-ontvangen/track-en-trace/ 
  • After your order has been handed to PostNL by us, the above link also provides an estimation of the delivery period.

Delivery outside of the EU:

  • Unfortunately, Dilly currently does not offer a standardised shipping method for orders outside of the EU. If you would like to place an order that will be shipped to a country not in the EU, please contact us at info@shopdilly.com so that we can help you with your request.
