Dilly has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt / order number, or proof of purchase.
To start a return, follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Pack the product in a solid shipping box. Wrap the package in order to prevent damage.
- Include a note with your name and the return number.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Send the package through a shipping service of your choice. Shipments have to come with a tracking number. Roza Dilan/Dilly cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they have been received.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and correct any faults.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Dilly does not offer exchanges of products. The fastest way for you to get a different (size) product is to return the unwanted product within the provided fourteen (14) days of the return period. Then, once you have received confirmation that the return has been accepted, purchase the replacement product through the regular order process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
